Our Mission

Hartman Consulting is a business consulting firm. We help with LLC and Nonprofit startup, by educating on the aspects of the different types of businesses and its leadership. Also help with the legal paperwork such as State Formation/Organization, EIN, bylaws, operating agreement, and 501c3(1023 forms).

Terms and Conditions

Hartman Consulting is not liable for any loss of filing fees and do not by any means guarantee approval of official State or Federal paperwork. We do not provide refunds for any reason. If a stop of work happens client services that was purchased will be put on hold or client will receive a credit for a future service for 90 days. After 90 days Hartman Consulting will invoice a reinstatement of service fee of $275. Once fee is paid client's 90 days starts over. If client decide to cancel service Hartman Consulting will provide all documents as promised that was completed at time of stoppage and will hold no other responsibility to client. If stoppage last for one calendar year client will have to purchase a new service at current rate to continue business.
